Are your teas caffeine-free?
Most Cuppa Mí herbal blends are naturally caffeine-free unless otherwise stated in the product description.
How should I prepare my tea?
Unless otherwise noted, steep 1–2 teaspoons of tea in 8–10 ounces of hot water for 10–15 minutes before straining and enjoying.
Can I drink your teas every day?
